Sottsass oversaw every detail of the security-gated, totally organic 1/2 acre private property including mature landscaping, and 3-bedroom home with breathtaking ocean and mountain views. As well known as this house is around the world for its architectural significance it could not be more private or discreet within its setting. Much of the custom made furniture was designed by Mr. Sottsass specifically for the home, as well as objects including flatware, glassware, china, and many more items also designed by Mr. Sottsass are available for purchase by separate bill-of-sale.
