There is luxurious king bed to just to relax on and see the ocean in front, along with a couch off to the side to sit and watch TV. But when on Molokai who watches TV at night, Star gazing is the preferred nightly entertainment. But prior to star gazing, sit on the lanai and watch the sunset over the pacific ocean. HOA covers the electric, water, trash, sewer, grounds and out side maintenance. Only 15 minutes to the airport and another 15 minutes to town.
